Practice Description:
OFFERING ONLINE MEDIATION and MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES. Resolve your dispute from your safe location. Conflict arises in many forms and is a cause for painful and emotionally charged responses. With over 20 years of executive-level human resources, conflict management, and facilitation, Stephanie is adept at facilitation and views conflict as an opportunity for solutions. Stephanie will assist you to reach a reasonable outcome. She will facilitate workplace conflict, collective bargaining agreements, parenting plans, and community disputes in a cost-effective manner. She will assist your legal team with investigations and preparation of materials which will save legal fees. Stephanie's extensive background with on the job dispute resolution, employee relations, and collective bargaining experience makes her uniquely qualified for employment-related conflict. She has over 20 years of experience with executive coaching and mediation.

Approach to Practice / Form of Mediation:
People deserve to have a voice and sometimes they need assistance reaching a solution or compromise. I approach the process with humility and respect for everyone. I am concerned about your well being. I center myself and do a self analysis to prepare both mind and body for the process. I invite you to be mindful about what you wish to accomplish.
Background:
Stephanie serves as the OMA President and interim Secretary. She was part of the OMA Member Services, and Conference committees.
In the 1980's Stephanie began her career in the wood products industry and worked her way up to manage production teams, schedule maintenance and oversee millions of dollars in equipment and parts. She has worked in manufacturing, retail, wholesale, restaurant, public, and non-profit industries in executive and leadership roles. She spent most of her career in Human Resources/Risk Mgt. Her areas of expertise include mediating workplace conflict, acting as a facilitator for the OR Foreclosure Avoidance Program and negotiation of collective bargaining contracts.
Stephanie volunteers with Neighbor-To-Neighbor Mediation, the Samaritan Evergreen Hospice and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She finds joy in serving and mentoring others.
Education / Training:
Stephanie holds degrees in criminal justice, management, human resources, and is a certified online mediator. In addition, she is a senior certified human resource professional through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM).
