Background:
Since 2017, I have worked as a Court Mediator at the Oregon State Courts. I help litigants resolve civil disputes through dialogue, evaluation, and negotiation. I leverage my skills in conflict management, communication and legal procedure to help facilitate mediation agreements.
I also have over 25 years of experience as an educator, trainer, and curriculum developer. I teach paralegal studies and law courses at Campus which has an ABA-approved program. I also hold a California Community College Teaching Credential in Law and multiple certificates in online teaching and learning, business analytics, and futures thinking.
As a Technology Research Analyst, I focus on identifying and examining technology trends relating to hardware and software development and gauge their impact on organizations and people. I have a deep interest in artificial intelligence and its applications, and I educate people on how to use AI-driven software effectively and efficiently.
