Practice Description:
I offer a range of services in mediation, facilitation, conflict skills training, and conflict coaching, all rooted in an ethic of anti-oppression, trauma-informed care, and interconnection. I particularly aspire to work at the community level, and with individuals or groups engaged in racial, social, or environmental justice work.
Approach to Practice / Form of Mediation:
I believe that we are stronger together, and strive to tend to conflict in ways that support community well-being and encourage solidarity and mutual aid. I believe that conflict is an inevitable and natural part of existing as social creatures. It allows us to find opportunities to learn from and grow towards each other, if we choose to look for them. My goal as a conflict worker is to hold a container for your conflicts that is grounded, compassionate, and inquisitive, helping you find those opportunities to fulfill your own goals and desires in collaboration with others.
Background:
Education / Training:
BS in Environmental Studies (University of Vermont, 2011)
MS in Conflict and Dispute Resolution (University of Oregon, 2023)
